A fragment of the lives of my two grandmothers going through different stages of dementia. While they narrate stories of their past and everyday life, the camera wanders into their homes.

Artist Biography

Continuously puzzled by how to perform the real, Antrianna Moutoula (GR,1994), has been performing, filming, and writing since 2011. She has a BA in Fine Arts from Rietveld Academie (NL) and an MA in Performance Practices from ArtEZ University of the Arts (NL). Recurring themes in her work are the performativity of intimate relationships and the ordinary events of everyday life. Her ongoing research focuses on nonstop languaging, an autotheoretical performance practice through which she is craving to renegotiate the confinements of knowledge production within artistic academic discourse.
